Objectives and Purposes of The Southwest District Association
It is the objectives and purposes of this Association to unite churches of the Missionary Baptist doctrine and practices desiring to: (a) promote the preaching of the gospel at home, in state, in nation, and in foreign lands; (b) to promote Christian education; including regular support of Arkansas Baptist College, Little Rock, and other charitable organizations in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Bible, so as to help continue to improve methods of training and equipping in the local church, and for Kingdom Building; (c) to engage in whatever Christian endeavors deemed appropriate to advance the Kingdom of God among men at home and in the world.
